Email building.control@colchester.gov.uk if you think building work is being carried out without the required building control application or inspections.
Include:
- the address of the work
- a description of what is happening
- when the work started
- photographs, where it is safe and lawful to take them
- your contact details
If the work presents an immediate danger, read how to report a dangerous structure.
If you own the building and unauthorised work has already been completed, you may need to make a Regularisation application.
