You need to provide us with 28 days notice and inform any relevant authorities, e.g. electric, gas, if you are intending to demolish a structure.
You must display a notice on the site for at least 21 days during that period.
We may contact your neighbours to let them know.
Complete the demolition form and email it to building.control@colchester.gov.uk.
