These are the slides from Colchester City Council’s Residents’ Panel Workshop held on Monday 9th of December 2024. Members of the Residents' Panel were invited to an important session regarding Colchester City Council’s “Fit for the Future” programme. This is a significant programme of investment and transformation of our council services to ensure our city, and the council, remain resilient, sustainable, and vibrant for years to come. During this session, our CEO, Pam Donnelly, and Leader of the Council, Cllr David King, provided an overview of the programme, discussed its key components, and explored how it will impact our community.
