City Centre Regeneration & Business Improvement District
Description: These are the slides from Colchester City Council’s Residents’ Panel meeting held on 22 January 2024. This meeting focused on the city centre regeneration communications and engagement work currently happening. The team provided updates on the £40 million Government-funded regeneration projects in the city centre. Sam Good, Chief Executive of the Business Improvement District (BID), gave an overview of the BID, their work over the last five years, and future plans for Colchester City Centre.
