The Team Colchester Board has been convened by Colchester City Council and Essex County Council, and is led by the Chair, the Leader of Colchester City Council.
Other members of the Board are appointed by the Chair on advice from Officers of both councils.
All Board Members must be committed to the ‘Seven Principles of Public Life,’ regardless of personal or sectoral background.
Voting and signatory rights are in accordance with existing governance arrangements for each council.
