We have introduced a tool to help residents report an issue with their new kerbside wheeled bin delivery.
By using this tool, residents can report:
- No Black and/or recycling bin received
- Black bin and/or recycling bin damaged
- Received wheeled bin by mistake
Residents can also request a re-check of their property assessment
This tool cannot be used for:
- Reporting missed bins
- Requesting a smaller wheeled bin
- Requesting an alternative bag collection service
