In accordance with Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (As Amended) which remain in effect in accordance with the provisions of schedule 1 of The Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 (Commencement No. 11 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026, notice is hereby given that the Essex Coast RAMS Supplementary Planning Document is withdrawn.

The reason for revocation is that the SPD is superseded by the updated Essex Coast RAMS Strategy 2026. The recommendation to withdraw the SPD was approved by Local Plan Committee on 29 June 2026. As required under Regulation 15, following the revocation of the above Supplementary Planning Document, all physical and digital copies of the documents will be no longer be available.
