Inspections can be booked for the next working day if a request is received before 2pm, Monday to Friday – subject to availability. For Monday inspections please book by Friday 2pm. We are unable to offer same day or timed appointments.

Please have your application reference number available when booking. You can find your reference number on your validation pack or any correspondence from us.
You can request a call from the Inspector on the day, 30-60 minutes before they are due to arrive on site. While this does not guarantee a specific arrival time, it provides helpful notice so you can prepare for our visit.
It is especially recommended if the inspection is time sensitive, such as pouring concrete, to give as much notice as possible. When using the inspection booking app, please give a name and contact number for the visit in the further information box.
